Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 business days
Remote Areas: 7–12 business days

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout.
We may offer free shipping on selected products, offers, or minimum order values.

Shipping fees once paid are non-refundable unless the order is cancelled by us.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on selected pin codes across India.

Please note:

COD availability depends on courier serviceability.

Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restriction of future COD orders.

7. Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

If the customer is unavailable or unreachable after multiple attempts:

The order may be returned to us.
Refunds (if applicable) may be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges.

9. Damaged Packages

If the package appears tampered, damaged, or opened at the time of delivery:

Please refuse delivery if possible.
Record an unboxing video and take clear photos.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims without proper proof may not be eligible for resolution.

10. International Shipping
